Currently serving as Consultant – Human Resources, Administration & Operations across multiple enterprises in Bihar, Anand oversees complex, multi-vertical operations including hospitals, schools, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail. He has successfully driven workforce optimization, compliance excellence, cost rationalization, and performance-linked culture building across organizations employing thousands of people.

Anand is also an entrepreneur at heart. As the Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Indusha Reiniger Private Limited, Tathagat Sales Corporation, Docworth Global INC, Bubble Hotels, Kushagra Multiservices Pvt Ltd. he built an eco-friendly FMCG manufacturing venture from the ground up—scaling operations, launching multiple products, capturing regional market share, and managing teams of 200+ professionals. His entrepreneurial journey sharpened his belief that skills, systems, and leadership mindset matter as much as academic credentials

Earlier in his career, Anand held senior HR leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations, managing large distributed workforces, high-volume recruitment, labor-law compliance, performance management systems, and HR digital transformation initiatives. Ajay Kumar Singh is the Co-Founder and Associate Director of Mahamaya Institute of Excellence, Patna. He is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of leadership and operational experience in the hospitality and service industry across India. With a strong foundation in business administration and hotel management, he brings deep industry insight and practical expertise to the institute’s academic and training ecosystem.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hotel Management from Allahabad Agricultural Institute (Deemed University) and has completed extensive industrial training at Golden Palms Hotel & Spa, Bengaluru. Throughout his career, he has worked in senior management and leadership roles with reputed hotel groups such as Royal Orchid Group, Clarks Inn Group, Best Western, Clarks Exotica, Octave Hotels, and other premium hospitality brands across Bengaluru, Pune, Vadodara, Dahej, and Buxar.
